Can I shut off the frig & freezer without un-plugging it? The frig says off but the freezer only goes to 1 
I cannot find an operators manual for this unit so am guessing.
I think that if you turn the control to off it does shut the compressor off.
The interior lights will still work.
To check this turn the control to off when the compressor is running.
If it shuts down then you know I have guessed correctly.
