Hello, you don’t have to take the MW down unless you want to, the grill on top comes off, remove the control board and you can get to the switches from the side. It is not easy to do but pay attention to the position of the switches and the wiring. I don’t have a step by step guide but take your time. Each switch is either an NO or an NC switch. Normally open or normally closed. it does matter how it is wired.
