I have an Affinity washer i have been having problem with and I have been told to check the drain, pump filter which I started to do last night. my model does not have a removable lower panel, nor could i find a small door that i could get to the filter. Do i have to remove the back? Not sure how to go about getting to things now… help please!

Your model number is not coming up as a model in the data base, so either you have the wrong number or a production run that we are not familiar with.
