Hotpoint Refridgerator water dispenser won't work

My refridgerator water dispenser stopped dispensing water on the door. All the lights work, the ice maker still makes new ice and there is a clicking sound when you press the paddle for water.

On the bottom of the refridgerator take off the cover. On the left hand side there is a coupling that connects a 5/16" water supply. Put a folded towel under the coupling after getting the hose out of it’s holder. Dissconnect one end of the coupling that connects the water line together. Close the freezer door and try dispensing the water. If water comes out then you have a frozen line in your door.
Try defrosting your freezer/fridge and put all the food in a cool place. While the refridgerator is warming up and thawing out make sure to vaccuum under and behind it too. About 4 hrs. later or however long it might take to dethaw the line, then turn the fridge back on and check for water. reminder that you may have to toss all of the ice or put them in a different freezer?
Good luck. Also you may want to talk with your local distributor about installing a water line heater or better way of insulating the line while its in the door.
good luck..
