I went to go replace the bake element in my sisters oven. The red wire wouldnt connect and it looks like the red wire was burnt. I dont know what wire to order. Can anyone help me please?

Cut a little piece off the wire and go to the nearest hardware store. They will help you.Then get a wire nut and splice in the new wire about a foot away from the element.
