Oven doesnt hold temperature. Sometimes heats too hot, other times drops to low temp. Is this a sensor or thermostat. How do I know? Is it the thermostat inside the oven box or sensor behind the control?

If both elements work then it is probably the oven thermostat (Item 5 in Section 1) that has gone intermittent.
There is really not a reliable way to check these.
