Hotpoint Micro will not turn on

My Hotpoint Counter Saver Plus will not turn on. I have checked the breaker and it is not tripped. Any body know of a reset?

[SIZE=3][COLOR=#000000][FONT=Calibri]The fuse may be blown. Remove the font griddle then the control panel. Once the control panel is off you should see a fuse. You can check this fuse with an ohmmeter but if you don’t have one just replace it because it is most likely your problem. Microwave Repair Guide[/FONT][/COLOR][/SIZE]
