I’m trying to trouble shoot my neptune washer. It will only trickle the hot water. What parts would you suggest to replace.

Take off the hot water hose, stick it in a bucket or a sink and turn it on to make sure you are getting good flow to the washer.
Then check the inlet screen on the hot water connection on the machine to make sure it is not clogged. Then check for 120v to the valve assembly during the fill function. Then check the hot water tube from the valve assembly
If all is free you will probably need to replace the valve assembly. Here is the part.
