Hello, The middle wall of the fridge is getting hot. It doesn’t stay hot but will cool down to a warm and then heat back up. I haven’t timed the cycle though. I have noticed that the fan by the coils doesn’t seem to be kicking on. also I felt the tank down by the coils and it’s running very hot IMO. Outside of this issue the fridge is running properly. If the fan is bad is it a pretty easy fix? Thanks a lot!

Yes does sound like the fan (Item 24 in Section 12) is bad and this is causing the heat on the middle wall.
Easiest way to check is to measure across it with a meter if it is getting 120 volts and is not turning it is toast.
Replacing it is not difficult.
I would also clean the condenser coils under the unit.
Thanks, and I found the fan is not work ingat all unless I manually spin it to get it going. I’ve put a small house fan on it till I get the part. Will the the center wall always be a little warm? Thanks Again! The economy making a handy man out of me. LOL

Probably but I would not worry about it as long as you make sure the fan is running correctly and the condenser/compressor coils are clean.
A little warm will stop condensation on the separator panel.
