Hole in tub, is part missing?

I forgot to add the rest of information… There’s a hole in the side of the tub near lower front corner. It appears that a part should mount there, but no such part is listed in a parts diagram.

Thanks, that outer tub AP6976374 will need to be replaced. These are what the manufacturer calls “modular” washers, so there is probably something that is supposed to mount there on another model washer that uses this same tub, but doesn’t come on this one. That cut-out has gotten busted out somehow.
