Probably there is recall for that problem??

Hello, any recalls would be between you and GE. I saw online that there was a recall on the door handles. As far as your issue, check the return vents located in the floor of the refrigerator section; if they are iced up, there will be no air circulation. Also make sure the damper in the air tower is opening up.

Hi,

It seems the damper stays closed. I’ve already replaced it with a Fresh Food thermistor, and even the board.

The damper opens when the refrigerator is plugged in, and then it closes.
