I have an old, I mean OLD Modern Maid oven. The bake element has burnt out. I couldn’t find an original replacement bake element, the closest I found was Y07565600… about the same dimensions and voltage (240v).. however the wattage is different… my old bake element was 2200W and this model (Y07565600) is 1900W. Would that make much of a difference?
Here is the AppliancePartsPros number for that element.

Have you tried calling ApplancePartsPros?
You will need a model number

The lower wattage will cause the unit to take a little longer in preheat.
I do not know if it would also effect the ovens ability to maintain a temperature.
It is important that the distance between the element mounts be correct and that the distance from the mount to the connector at the end of the element be the same. You do not want to install the element and have the element connector short out to the rear stove cover plate.
Thank you for the help DENMAN, I ordered the exact replacement: AP4502584.
Thanks and take care.
