What happens & when: I watched all your videos. I can’t remove the control panel. I unlatched the tabs at the top, panel seems to be attached in the arch section of the door. Help please!!

Will the panel pull up and out at all? If not, could you provide a picture of the back side of the console so that I could see if there might be something on the back side causing it to hang up?

There are four tabs along the bottom edge of the control panel and they are only accessible from inside the dryer. One of the tabs was stuck to some adhesive material preventing the control panel from moving. Once that tab broke the control panel could rotate and release.
End of story - I installed the tensioner I purchased from Appliance Parts Pros and the dryer is now quiet, like new. Thanks for the great parts and excellent videos.
There is a comment in one of your dryer videos that the drum must be installed with the red tape towards the back of the dryer. My dryer has the red tape at the front.
