Main Symptom: Too high of heat
What happens & when: I have a Roper FGP310EW0 gas stove converted to propane and it only stays at 500 degress even if I turn it down to 250. Not sure what needs to be replaced or if I could even find the parts.

From what it sounds like, the oven thermostat is the most likely cause of failure. Unfortunately, it looks like the oven thermostat has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available from what I see in this link. 3186126 Thermostat Oven | Genuine Whirlpool OEM In Stock
