I am the third owner of this fridge (in LATAM). The first owner called a technician who removed the broken starter relay, starter capacitor and overload PTC with a Supco URCO410 3 in 1 kit. Also the run capacitor is still there with it is disconnected. I think the compressor was not working properly due to only working with the start capacitor of the universal kit.

Can anyone help me find with a technical manual the specs of the parts which I need to recreate the original circuit with aftermarket parts?

I only could find an aftermarket PTC for 1/3 HP compressor, but I do not know which start capacitor and start relay I need.

You will likely need to contact the manufacturer for the technical information, and I would recommend only using the OEM parts for this or any repair.

I tried looking for the service center of Samsung in my country. There are only a few of them and all of them are authorized service providers. When I contacted them, they had no original spare parts or even generic spares to replace the originals for this specific fridge.

They offered me the same Supco 3 in 1 universal starter kit, which is in place of the original circuit for the compressor.

I found one generic brand spare part in a shop, the PTC Overload Protector (https://everwellparts.com/product/1-3hp-115v-ptc-overload-protector-eop-13/).

I am planning to add all the parts needed, using youtube videos and the fridge’s diagram, as references for the parts in the electrical circuit for the compressor

If the compressor is 187 watt or 1/4 HP, cant I just add a 1/4 HP PTC Overload Protector which I found, then add a starter relay (like this one Samsung DA35-10013Q Relay Ptc– Samsung Parts USA) with a generic starter capacitor (I do not know the specs required from these 2 for a 1/3 HP compressor)?

There is a capacitor in the fridge (12 microfarad and 250V AC 60 Hz) next to the PCB, which i guess is the run relay, and it is not broken inside (I did a continutiy test). It was not being used as the original plug and the parts were taken off from the compressor, and put in place a Supco 3 in 1. Does the Supco capacitor inside the kit works as a run capacitor and also start capacitor? doesnt the compressor need 2 different capacitors for the 2 coils inside? does using the same start capacitor for the run coil, damage the coils inside the compressor?
