I have a amana electric stove and the bottom heating element doesnt work. The top element works. I just changed the bottom element with a new one from you guys and it still doesnt work. Was wondering if it was the terminal block or the clock membrane.. I changed the clock membrane about two years ago.

Looks like the control relay for the bake element is on the control board (ERC) ( Item 22 in Section 3) so that is the most likely cause of your problem.
Since you did not mention anything else I am assuming everything else works OK.
Probably a good idea to check the wiring from the board to the element just in case a bad connection is the cause.
