Greetings,
I received my order 1153537, but the tabs on the oven heating element part # 308180 arrived severely bent beyond 90 degrees. The rubber insulating material is pinched.
My question is can i bend the tabs and element core back to straight using pliers, or do I risk damaging the element core?
Picture attached. Or should I consider return/replacement?

I’ve seen it many times. You definitely can straight them, carefully using a pliers.

Pliers worked perfectly. Just wanted to check before I snapped anything off! Appreciate the wisdom.
