Having trouble getting to the Blower Fan

The lint trap extends down in front of blower fan housing and blocking installation of blower fan. Does anyone know how the vent trap is removed?

You might take a look at this online manual. Around page 69 and 70 it shows how to remove the bulkhead to get to the blower. Its not a fun or short job. Good luck.

Thanks a bunch for the reply and instructions. I found that I was able to squeeze the fan past the vent trap instead of dismantling the bulkhead. Tight and a bit tedious, but I’m back in business now.
