Brand: GE
Model Number: GTW220ACKWW
Main Symptom: Washer wont start cycle
What happens & when: When I start the washer, it squirts 2 short bursts of water and shuts off.
Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: I accessed the water inlet valve and tested both sides for continuity. The cold side said 1400 ohms and the hot side said 1300 ohms. I also tested each side with the power on. I have a friend that told me to hold the red lead on either the cold or the hot side, and then the black lead on a metal part on the washer. So, I used the metal back panel of the washer to put the black lead on. Both sides said 119 volts when I did that. I saw on one of your repair videos to put one lead on one of the tabs on the cold side and one of the leads on the other tab on the cold side. I did that to both sides and they tested around .03v both sides did like it shows in the video. I also added a video of me testing continuity. Should I move onto testing the main board or is this water inlet bad?
