The washer motor led is blinking 10 times. The code description says communication error and to check the backsplash control, or replace the motor.
I don’t know how to check the backsplash control and since the motor cost $200 I don’t want to make a mistake. please help.
I did a reset of the panel and got the normal 1 sec blink on the motor led so i tried to run the machine but after filling it stopped and again the led went to the 10 blink code. i don’t know what to do next.
