GE washer leaks from bottom

I have a GE washing machine model number WHDSR109J5WW. Water is leaking out the bottom. It doesn’t overfill. Fills to the correct amount with each cycle. I cleared gunk out of a small hose connected to the outside of the outer tub on the left as recommended by a tech in response to someone else’s question on another message board but I can’t find what that hose is or does on any parts diagram. Doesn’t show it.

The problem started a few months ago and we seemed to be able to run it on large without this problem instead of XL load. Now it is happening on large as well. I started a small load with front cover off. During agitation I notice water splashing out of the top of the tub and down the insides of the washer and towards the front where the cover would be. A small amount of water is gathering on pan from running down the sides of the outer plastic tub. Upon the completion of the cycle there is water pooled inside the pan on the left side. I can’t locate a source of leak. There seems to be water dripping off everything on the left side.

Ok, the hose I cleaned is to the pressure switch, which is not the problem. I had someone out today and he said it’s that the pump is going out and it’s not pumping the water out fast enough when it’s draining which is why there is water leaking out over the top of the tub when it spins. However, there is no water on the right side where the pump is, only on the left. Does that make sense?
