GE washer doesn’t spin in the cycle

What happens & when: machine drains in the cycle but then doesn’t start spinning

Parts or tests already tried: I have replaced the belt, the capacitor, and the transmission and the shift actuator. That I bought from you. ran the spin test and it spins but it doesn’t spin in the regular cycle

With the cycle knob at the 12 o’clock position and the washer in a standby (cycle status LED on), press and hold the start button for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, all of the LEDs will turn on to indicate the start button can be released. This enters the washer into error mode. The Pause and the Lid Lock LEDs should be constantly blinking while in the error mode. While in this mode, do any other LEDs flash or illuminate? Pressing Start will show the next error code in line, and moving the cycle knob or pressing any other button will exit the error mode.
