GE wall oven display issues

My GE wall oven (JTD3000SNSS) display went dead so I shut off the breaker for 20 min or so. It came back on briefly but now the top half of the display flashes the time intermittently but it’s all garbled. The bottom half of the display works fine so I can use the lower timer or the lower oven without any issue.

This is likely an issue with the UI control or connections to it. Check that all connections are tight. If connections are good then the LCD control (UI) assembly is the likely culprit.
