The problem is
Frost will build up on back wall and block vents.
We defrosted for about 3-4 hours and it happens again.
I believe the blower in freezer on most of the time unless we open door.
If blower is located near top of freezer side.
It is set on level 3, does not seem excessive cold in refrig or freezer now.

Sounds like a defrost problem. Remove the back panel in the freezer. Test for contunity on the heater and the defrost thermostat. These should read closed or 0 when cold. If both of these are good, then you have a bad mother board. I will list the part numbers for all three parts, as well as the parts diagram. Hope this helps.

Is there a way to turn off the freezer, without turning the refrigator side? When I set to zero it shuts off both?
