Main Symptom:replacement oven element won’t work I checked ohms and it is good. Original element burned in half. Would replacing the board be the best next step?

With the range plugged in, turn the oven on. With a meter, check for voltage across the two bake element terminals. If you do not read 240 volts, replace the oven control.WB27X45466 Oven Control Board | Genuine Ge OEM In Stock
