GE Refrigerator ZISS480DNESS won’t make ice

Brand: GE
Model Number: ZISS480DNESS
Main Symptom: Not making any ice
What happens & when: Attaching three photos. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting the top wire. As you can see, currently it’s disconnected. And then the cable underneath the ice maker has two outlets. One that goes to the right and left, which I have not yet checked. So I’m trying to understand what I should check and how I can check to see if the ice maker is not working or if it’s something else.

Error Code (if any):

Check to ensure the temperature at the ice maker is below 8°F and then check that the ice maker has power to it. if it has power and the temperature is low enough to cycle, you will likely need to replace the ice maker.

Thank you for the reply. Where do I check if the ice maker is getting power? Which cable is it? The one on the top which is not connected? or the bottom where there are two connections? one of left and one on the right as seen in the pictures?
