no water in filter or ice maker. changed filter and still nothing.

Hi.

Do you have water coming from the dispenser? If you don’t - check if water is not turned off, then press the water lever at the dispenser and check if the water valve solenoids at the back of the fridge energies (getting 120VAC).
If the voltage present remove the toe grill, locate the coupling on the water line on the left, disconnect it and press the water lever again.
If the water comes out - you have a frozen water line inside the freezer door. Defrost the fridge for 24hrs.
If not - check the water reservoir behind the crisper drawer. It may be frozen.
If nothing is frozen - replace the water inlet valve
