Is the evaporator fan running?
If the compressor, condenser fan and evaporator fan are all running with no cooling, you likely have a sealed system issue, which will need an EPA-Certified technician to complete the repairs.

How do i know if the compressor is working ?

It should be warm and feel a small vibration when running. If the fans and compressor are running and it is not cooling, you will need an EPA-Certified technician to complete the repairs.

Ok, after further trouble shooting , i was able to determine that it is the motherboard.

It looked good on one side , but had a burnout on the other side.

Thanks.
