Appears fill tube heater has failed.I have found the part # and the tube/heater assy. is inside the dispenser door.How do you access this part to replace it?
What part # did you find? The manufacturer specifically lists that fill tube and fill tube heater as non-serviceable in the service manual for this model and advises that the entire door AP6796898 will need to be replaced if the fill tube or heater are bad.
