GE Refrig Control panel give zeros and 5 beeps

I have a GE Monogram Refrigerator, model ZISS420DRISS, which has stopped cooling. The interior lights come on when I open the door and it sounds like there is a fan running at the bottom of the fresh food section, but the compressor and compressor fan are not running. The main temperature control doesn’t display anything by default, but if you press any buttons, I get 0000 in both the freezer and fresh food displays, followed by 5 beeps and then it goes blank again. Pressing the 4 buttons to go into diagnostic mode just gives me the zeros and beeps. The climate control drawer display is blank and does not respond when pressing any of the buttons.

I have a service manual for the fridge, but it doesn’t say anything about the zeros/beeps. Appreciate any thoughts.

I should add that the water/ice dispenser controls light up, but nothing happens when you press the dispenser.

Very likely the cause of the problem is a faulty main control board (#703 on the diagram)
