Main Symptom: Control board dead
What happens & when: While preheating oven, display suddenly showed random dashes and the oven shut down. I turned off the main breaker for 2 minutes, when I turned the main breaker back on, the control panel is completely dead. Electronic ignition for the range top still works, So the unit does have AC power. All wiring is in good condition. I traced AC power to the control board, and I have 120VAC at L1 and Neutral at the control board. The stove schematic states if the control panel is blank, to check the transformer . . . I can’t find a transformer anywhere on the schematic or on the stove. The only transformer I have found is part of the control board.
Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: 120VAC @ control board. New Control board ordered and installed - still doesn’t power up
