GE Profile washer starts to fill and runs a minute or less then shuts off. I have noticed that I can tap the control panel on the right front(not on the switches but on the frame of the control panel and it will immediately cut off.
Would appreciate a reply and suggestion of how to repair it. If i have to take the control panel cover off, how do I do that?

Hi Frank,
You have to open the control panel (remove a few screws on top of the control panel) and check all wires to the control board.
If there is nothing wrong then the control board has to be replaced.
