Main Symptom: LED remains lit up with GE Symbol displaying however dispenser not operating - will not allow water or ice to come out. Ice maker internally is still making ice.
What happens & when: no water or ice dispensing.

With the power cord unplugged and the dispenser paddle wires accessed, does the paddle have continuity from the wire going to a red wire and from the wire going to the white/gray wire at the connection when pressed? There should be two screws at the bottom of the display that would need to be removed. Once removed, the display assembly will pull out at the bottom where it can then be rotated and the wires accessed for the paddle.
The removal process should be the same even without the screws.
