Are you having problems with your GE Profile Harmony but don’t know where to start to troubleshoot? Let the dryer do it for you, here’s how:
It’s called “Field Service Mode”
- Press the POWER key to turn the dryer on.
- Press HELP. The main help screen is displayed.
- Press and hold MY CYCLES and BACK simultaneously for 3 seconds. Press EXIT to return to the [COLOR=#0000ff]home [/COLOR]screen.
The system will give you a description of possible hardware failure and troublecode.
Replace the failed piece of hardware and plug your system back in. It will go through a boot-up sequence and verify that your machine is working once again.
