What happens & when: shows cancelled on display and has multiple codes. Washer will turn on but will not start a load my wife started a load and it just stopped when this started.

It will turn on and show cancelled on display and let me pull the codes. That is all it lets me do.

Ok, so it lets you into service mode. Will it let you go to test 13? Don’t try entering or activating any other tests. Just 13.

This might be a bad door lock assembly WH01X29528.

I finally got it in service mode and ran the test with the door closed and it was showing it was open. So I guessing you were right and I need the door lock assembly.

Ok I installed the door lock assembly but the problem remains the same. I have check my striker and it’s tight and aligned. Do you think the control board is the next issue?

I’d do a continuity test on the door switch using a meter from the control board with the door closed, that’ll help verify if the strike is making the switch properly. If that is good the control board would be the next step.
