GE Profile Frig Making loud noise

What happens & when:Every once in a while for a few hours this frig makes this loud humming/buzzing noise from the freezer area. It comes thru well on this youtube video.

What can I do to remedy this?

It sounds like it may be the evaporator fan. If you remove the back panel, is there any ice around the fan blades? Here is a link to the fan motor where it has a good video for referencing how to access it if needed. WR60X10185 Evaporator Fan Motor | Genuine Ge OEM In Stock
