I got GE Fridge Model # GFE28GGKBBB. Stop dispensing water or Ice. I checked continuity from switch to water and ice dispenser control board, looks good. Also checked continuity to the inlet valve as well looks, in working condition.

If the unit is making ice but just not working at the dispenser then check the switch on the dispenser to make sure that it has continuity. If they are good then the dispenser control board would be the likely cause for this issue.
Is not making ice either.
With the unit not making ice or dispensing water then check at the door cap on top of the door and check to see if there is 120 vac from the J4 pin 7 to the J4 pin 16 when the dispenser is pushed. If there is 120 vac then this will be a faulty board that would need to be replaced.

Pin 7 and 16 got power but not when pressed the switch. When pressed the dispenser switch nothing change. The voltage remain the same.
Sounds like the valve in the door may be the issue.
