I can upload a video if that would be helpful. Just power it on, hit start, and 1 minutes later it goes back to splash screen and then powers off. Very similar models have all sorts of tests you can run and see codes and such… but I can’t find any such things for this specific model. Would love to be able to just see what it’s reporting or test individual components… is such a thing possible with this?
I don’t really know it’s history, because I just acquired it. Reportedly: Bought new, used a few times, sat since then.
I am not going to have any technical information on this model. It could be something as simple as a thermistor. Sorry, I don’t have anything else on it.
So, you have a way of running a diagnostic mode to turn everything on and off. It also has a way of looking for error codes. This will help you locate what is going on. After you determine an error code or problem, I may be able to help you.
There’s no “SmartDispense Detergent” button on this model. In addition to the display of my model which I uploaded already, here’s a pic showing the different models and their buttons. Mine is on the right, the “83” model.
Oh, the other side of that tech sheet applied to this model though. Here’s the codes it showed:
So do i just need this? (unless i open it up and it’s just unplugged or something)

The wire was indeed completely out of the accelerometer. (How does that happen on such a new machine?!?) Well, i couldn’t get it to stay seated. Went ahead and bought a new accelerometer, and proceeded trying to get at it (without pulling everything out everything above the tub). Very difficult, but with a tiny bit of loosening the white casing of the heat pump, was able to just get the wire and accelerometer out. Looks like the accelerometer is fine, and the wire connector is broken (the “lip” of the catch mechanism is broken off). Still planning on replacing the accelerometer–no way i’m putting this thing all together just to find out that whatever broke the wire also broke the accelerometer.
My ask is… anyone have some suggestions about what I do about this broken wire connector? Do these things require unique tools to rewire? should i do something that seems extreme, like just put a tiny drop of glue on the side that would come into contact with the board’s connector–knowing that the end will need to be cut off anyway, if I don’t find another solution?? Electrical tape? Any other method of trying to fasten this thing without fancy tools?
Thanks for your time.
Possible you have to buy the whole harness and just splice that connector in as it looks like that is around 150 dollars or do like in the above statement. That machine is a nightmare and over engineered for sure.
Have you got a update on this.It is always nice when someone we give out information to replies back!
