GE overflows onto floor from the front of diswasher

Hi

The machine:eek: :eek: not appear to be draining and just fills up until the water just flows out through the float switch area. Is it over or is it reapairable. Thanks for your help

the motor worked the 3 times and the arms ar spinning.
