GE Monogram top light not working

Brand: GE Monogram
Model Number: ZISS420DXASS
Main Symptom: top LED board not lighting
What happens & when: open fresh food section door, rear lights work but top light is out.

Error Code (if any): none
Parts or tests already tried: replaced with WR55X47615 but it did not light up. Tested the refrigerator plug with a multimeter for DC voltage and it not register any voltage. Replacement is the brighter white.

Is there a way to power the replacement board to see if the LED lights work, or if it is a bad board? Or test for what might be the reason there appears to be no voltage at the power plug?

If you are not getting the proper voltage, the light will not come on, as you have discovered. I would trace back the wiring to the main control.
Either the main control is bad or there is a wiring problem preventing voltage from getting to the LED. The main board is up top in a plastic case.
