Main Control Board clicks and my UI screen doesn’t do anything

Error Code: N/A
Parts or tests already tried: Originally, my drain pump went out, I tested the resistance and it tested way too low. Got a replacement and the resistance on the new one was good. Switched out the pump and got everything hooked back up again. When I plugged the washing machine back in, nothing would come on. I took a look at the main control board and seen 1 of the inductors by the drain pump plug popped, so I ordered a control board. Got the new board put in and it would just click every 10 seconds and nothing would happen. Got a refund on the board and ordered a board from someone else. Put that one in yesterday and tried only the power input and it only clicked with just the power plugged in and nothing else. I put a volt meter on the power input and it os showing 124 volts.. I don’t know what else to test or what i need to look at. If anyone has any suggestions or input, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

GE UltraFresh front-load washing machines make clicking noises. The main control board (MCB) will click every 6-10 seconds for different reasons of
communication loss once the appliance is plugged in. This “clicking” is caused by the main control board (MCB) relay resetting, attempting to re-establish communication between the main control board (MCB) and the user interface (UI) or the inverter boards. The user interface (UI) may also turn off during relay clicks. To diagnose a loss of communication:

  1. If the control board is clicking every six seconds and the user interface is not powering on, (A) check all harness connections between the main board and the UI board. (B) If all the connections are good and the control still clicks, replace the UI board.
  2. If the control is clicking every 10 seconds and the UI board powers on, but turns off after the first click, (A) Check the harness between the main control board and the inverter board. (B) If these connections are good and the control still clicks, replace the inverter.
