GE jb860dj1bb Double Oven- NO POWER

Main Symptom: NO Power at all
What happens & when: 11/24/25 was cooking supper, had two burners on, turned on both ovens and the entire unit shut off.
We pulled the plug and waited. It still isn’t powering on. We replaced the power cord, the outlet, and have tried finding blown fuses.
Could not find thermal fuse or any other fuse.

Greetings, sounds like you are in a tough spot. You didn’t indicate whether you had or had not checked the incoming power. Is the breaker on and is there power to the outlet? Just a thought.

If you test where the power cord connects into the range for volts AC, is there 240 Volts when testing from the red-wired terminal to the black-wired terminal while the power cord is plugged in?
