GE GFW850SPN2RS front load washer won’t drain

Brand: GE
Model Number: GFW850SPN2RS
Main Symptom: Washer won’t drain
What happens & when: Front load washer will run as it’s supposed to but will stay at 13 minutes during the final rinse/spin cycle and not drain, leaving everything in the washer soaking wet.

Error Code (if any): 29, 18, 27, 34, 26, 48, 46

Parts or tests already tried: I have replaced the drain pump, the old one had a crack in the motor housing. I ran a 14 test and the drum spun like normal and accelerated to mimic the spin cycle. I ran a test mode 7 and filled the tank and that worked fine. Then I tried test mode 12 to run the drain and nothing happened. I blew air into the drain hose to see if it was clogged and I was able to see bubbles come into the drum area. I did a software update and it is up to date. The annoying part is that when there is water in the drum and I try to run rinse/spin cycle, everything in the machine stops when it should spin and drain. But when I manually drain the water out and run the spin and drain cycle, the drum turns like it’s trying to spin and drain the non-existent water.

When it comes time for it to drain, do you hear the drain motor come on? If you do, there is some kind of obstruction. If you don’t hear the motor come on, and you just replaced the motor, the main control would be the issue, as long as the wiring is good.
