Main Symptom: door stuck
What happens & when: door refuses to open with laundry inside since last night
Error Code (if any): door / light (via diag 13) / 8 24 32 38 62 65 (via diag 1)
Parts or tests already tried: Left unplugged for 15 minutes, attempted to reset the system. removed the top and front panel to access lock. the black button on door lock assembly is completely frozen for the manual release

Based on the information provided, if the manual release is jammed up and/or locked up; You may have to remove or loosen up the front panel so you can get to the lock assembly to force it open…(try the manual release again after getting the front loose to see if it will pop open).
after popping the assembly apart I was able to pry the pin out and destroy the lock and empty the washer. next up: buy a new lock! Thanks for the help
