Ran a Delicates cycle and the water did not drain. It is now unable to lock the door after pressing the start button. At this point the Washer is not working.
Try taking off the lower front panel and draining and cleaning out the drain pump and drain system.
Then unplug the machine for few minutes, and plug it back in and see if it clears things out.
If not, you should find some tech notes and trouble shooting techniques in side the lower front panel. Run the diagnostic routines and see if that helps.
