I replaced the control board WH12X10380 on my GE Washer but I need help with the programming. I get optiosn 1-5 for the programming but don’t know which ones to use. I have tried all 5 and none seem to work properly with this washer.

GE does not readily release techincal info, so we have the devil of a time getting anything, particularly on your model.
See if there is a tech sheet somewhere in the top, or if not, inside the lower service panel. Other than that I can only suggest you contact GE and see what they will provide you.
