GE front load will not spin or tumble

Machine will not spin or tumble. I know how to get to the test mode but don’t to run T01 - I’m assuming this is the overall test. I can run individual tests 2 - 12 or 13 what ever is the last but don’t know what messages mean as I don’t have a service manual. The spin test just shows 00 and the tumble test (I’m getting these from previous posts) doesn’t show an error but doesn’t tumble. Good anyone please advise. Thanks for your help

When running the software test, for the inverter, it shows —. Is that normal? If not, how can I change it?
