When you’re trying to use that burner, does the control panel show that you’ve turned the burner on and you’re just not getting heat?
That is correct. The control panel shows ‘on’ and nothing happens with any of the three elements at any heat setting.
I’d like to know what part(s) to order from you. Is the infinite switch part of the replacement burner?

This model does not use infinite switches for the cooktop elements. This sounds like a bad cooktop control board AP6286249 from what’s been said so far.
