Brand:GE
**Model Number:**GFD55ESSN0WW
Main Symptom:NOT HEATING
What happens & when:

Error Code (if any):NA
Parts or tests already tried:All safety has been tested I did a continuity from L1 to the heating relays on the main board both test good. I’ve already replaced the outlet thermistor that wasn’t it so I thought about replacing the inlet thermistor BUT I don’t want to start throwing parts at it tested the motor switch and I have 120v going to one side of the element but the top and lower element plugs do not have 120v BUT the power is going to the heater relay on the main board there is something keeping it from energizing the heater relays. The dryer is sitting in the garage could cold garage be effecting the dryer

DCrusher,

When testing to make sure that there is power coming out of the relay, make sure that you are disconnecting the outlet wire from the relay that goes to the element and then test the relay for 120 vac to ground. If there is not power then the relay has failed and would need to replace the board for this issue.

Ended up replacing the board and that fixed it.
