Brand: GE Model Number: PT956SR2SS Main Symptom: Not maintaining temp What happens & when: My wife was using both ovens and neither one reached the correct temp to bake. It took about 3 to 4 times longer to bake than usual. When she turned the oven off and back on the temp was 100+ degrees less than where it was set to bake.
Error Code (if any): None

It does it when using only one oven too. It was first noticed in the top oven when used by itself and then it was noticed when both ovens were used at the same time.
That leans me towards an issue with the main control board WB27T11441 which has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available for purchase. The manufacturer does not list a compatible substitute or replacement part.
I would check the resistance value of the temperature sensors WB21T10018 in each oven, each should read about 1.1kΩs at room temp. If those are good I’d be thinking the main control board.
If it is the control board, then the only options would be a used part or replace the ovens? What’s the other board that’s listed as a replacement part? I plan to check the temp sensors today.
